How Alakili may and may not be used, including the surveillance restriction we would enforce even where local law permits the alternative.

This policy applies to everyone who uses Alakili, whether through the product, the browser extension, the API or an AI assistant connected with an issued key. It exists so one customer cannot make the service worse or riskier for another.
[02]
Alakili is for planning, dispatching, communicating and record-keeping across the stations on your order form. Use it for that and you will never come near this policy.
[03]
The product deliberately holds no location traces, no telematics and no behavioral scoring, and you must not use what it does hold to build them. Attendance history, shift notes and reliability exist so a station can be run fairly, not so an individual can be watched.
This is the one restriction we would enforce even where local law permits the alternative. It is why associates and their representatives can be shown this page.
[04]
Driver messaging is for operational communication with people who work at your stations. Do not use it for marketing, for messaging anybody who is not on your roster, or in a way that breaks the messaging and telecoms rules that apply where you operate.
You are the sender. Templates are yours, the recipients are yours, and the record of what went out is kept so you can prove it.
[05]
One account per person. Do not share sign-ins, do not issue an API key to somebody who should not hold the permissions attached to it, and revoke keys and seats when people leave.
Do not attempt to reach data outside your own workspace, probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission, or work around permissions or station scope rather than changing them.
[06]
An assistant connected with an issued key acts as the person who issued it and is bound by everything in this policy. Keep automated request volume reasonable, and do not use the API to build a competing product or to bulk-extract another party’s data.

Tell us at hello@alakili.com. Where we can, we will contact you and give you a chance to put it right before doing anything else. Where a breach is causing active harm or legal exposure, we may suspend the account first and talk afterwards.
If you find a security flaw, report it to the same address rather than testing how far it goes. We will not pursue anybody who reports in good faith and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it.
Procurement questions get a straight answer on the call, and anything we cannot answer there we come back on in writing.
